Watwheels Supersonic June 25, 2019 Share June 25, 2019 (edited) Just look around. We see the neighbouring airlines, one in financial trouble looking for a buyer with one of its planes still mysteriously missing, one got shot down, so many dead and mia. Then there's the one affected by 737 Max disaster, with many ppl also dead. The airlines will often be associated with the country it represents and it contributes to some parts of their gdp. They will surely be badly affected. Where else do you think business will go to in the region? Here we have the fancy jewel opening and fancy restaurants opening from the west. SIA getting the fancy award. Ppl and business all flock here lo. In the mist of ppl misery sgp is happily celebrating their success opening fancy stuff and receiving awards. If you are in their shoes how would you have felt? Song bo? Edited June 25, 2019 by Watwheels ↡ Advertisement

But but please don’t ask me MP for such good idea They must put to warn like sign before carpark floating sign. Not to fly drone in Singapore as it is a FINE city and airport Too many wanna be to be internet star. Airport should hav run house radar to track drone just like they in house firefighter. macrosszero Turbocharged June 25, 2019 Share June 25, 2019 I want to youtube to watch YouTube video that was uploaded from 1 week ago till now title changi airport. Hopping to find maybe someone post on YouTube on view of changi airport upsky and perhaps this can give some clue. Look what I found.. The 1st video which is uploaded 5 days agao (dated from now) clearly show this guy fly drone up sky in Singapore straits although it is just a few seconds. And the second video shows the view of marina Bay sands. The guy kept saying shore leave. Maybe authorities could check on this person on his video upload and also drone captured video before this guy shore leave expired and then sail off singapore. Found another one.. Are they allowed to fly drone out from the Singapore straits? Here’s another video clip of someone flying a drone from St John’s Island to Sentosa Cove, technically within the Straits of Singapore. Playtime Twincharged June 25, 2019 Share June 25, 2019 There is no lack of drones with real time view for the flyer ... and it doesn't cost a COE.. What's stopping the airport security from flying a drone of their own kamakazi style into the intruding drone?? It takes a good guy with a drone to stop a bad guy with a drone. See, can call bad guy to pay the damages. All these waste big flight money, big defense money, must make them pay. No pay, jail until pay Got money play pro drone Sure got money pay for flight delay, defense money, manpower lah

Wonder how it work. Is it that authorities had map out areas of no fly zone and then for every drones that is sold in Singapore will need to have the map sync into the drone memory/data and then drone itself have GPS. So when GPS enter the no fly zone map, it will automatically go into limp mode?

Is it that authorities had map out areas of no fly zone and then for every drones that is sold in Singapore will need to have the map sync into the drone memory/data and then drone itself have GPS. So when GPS enter the no fly zone map, it will automatically go into limp mode? The CAAS have no fly zones posted online. Separately, DJI have mapped their own global no fly zones based on known airports. They can be than official CAAS no-fly zones. You can see how they differ, but unlike CAAS NFZ, DJI NFZ have a direct geofence effect on the hardware. The hard stop locations are in red, the blue locations require you to punch in an authorization code that I believe is issued by the CAAS. You need to be a trained drone pilot, and lodge your flight plans before you are allowed to fly in those authorization zones. A DJI drone without GPS lock will not fly more than 3 metres altitude - this applies indoors as well as out (assuming you are trying to fly it in unguided mode). If you are in flight and you try to fly into a restricted zone, it will not fly forward any further. Within a restricted zone, the drone will not even take off.
