I won't categories them as second class citizen. Our forefathers once were too as second class citizen on foreign land. If that is for the good of their future generations I don't see on what ground we should look down on them. I didn't know what you trying to imply but I do have plan to travel and live in as many parts of the world to experience their local lifestyle. I have also been to almost the whole of china and would be travelling to more places after the COVID19. Being a tourist and local do makes a big difference. Even for Malaysia, one may not like certain aspects of whatever they have, we as tourist respect them.
