Hong Kong one may be more extensive due to its supposedly independent judiciary?? 🤔

maybe?

but if u not happy with jurong island, then u stop extradition  treaty with jurong island, but still have 1 with singapore, dun u find it weird.?

beside if they feel hk current security law is unfair, then china law is at least 10x more strict then hk law even u count in the new security law.

if any 1 feel hk new law is unfair and cannot have extradition  treaty with, fair enough, but to prove your point u cannot have another 1 with china itself???????

Honestly, it is very bad narrative with Jurong Island.

It is totally not applicable.

If you do read up more on the Security Law, it is worse than the one in China

China is guilty unless proven innocent.

Hk supposedly should be innocent unless proven guilty.(TV drama)...hahaha now with the national security law it work the opposite.

Also prior to the national security law Hk has been treated as a separate region from China that enjoyed treaties / trade etc etc... Now those five eyes countries just so called going to treat Hk and China as one system.

Hkers cannot complain all along those blue camp craved all along.

Under HK legal system, innocent until proven guilty is build into its legal system (not TV drama).

There are a lot of contradicting point btw HK constitution and National Security Law that resulted in a lot of uncertainties.

A lot of ppl will say i no scare since i do no wrong what.  Under this law, it is easy to breach.
