Get a new car plate number for used car

I knew so well,because my Uncle last time bought a new Camry,it was given a number 3224[in Cantonese means Business Easy Die],He wanted to change a number,LTA told he need bid a new one.

How about getting some updated information instead of talking about “last time”?

It says LTA will automatically assign you a VRN from system when the motor dealer registers  your vehicle. This is refer during buying process?

If the person already owned a vehicle liao but wanted to change the car number le? Also pay $327?

If number got at least double 8, sure difficult to get. Esp the combination is not bad. Maybe 5588 or 8822 easy to get?

my personal take.. car price had gone up so much compare 20 years back and wealth had grown alot (except me)..

so if wanna bid need to be realistic oso.. especially if the series and number is really nice.. cannot bid 10xx and expect a nice number.. beside as usual alot of number trader in this game..

Maybe $1,090 cannot get, but place a bit higher but i think won't be too high bids esp some of these number also not say super nice. Like 6288, 8180.

Take a look at those so called luxury model. Any inauspicious number? Don't ask you never know. The primary criteria must be new car from one of those popular brand. You would know your reg nos even prior to the final paper work. 

Let me reiterate. You don't reject lta. You reject the number AD gotten for you.
