Agreed with you that this is a security and safety issue to allow such cars coming into Singapore. You can't tell who and what are the contains inside the car. ICA should have instant car plate service (by Malaysian contractor) and charge Sg prices or turn them around. LTA just give the rule book to ICA to enforce, otherwise why need the ICA officer?
