Very sure Tanchong will bring in bare-bone 1.6 NA version with lifeless CVT gearbox for sale in local market. All show and barely any power

To add on, tan chong will sell it with only 2 airbags and no traction control, etc. All the safety features mentioned in shanghai will not be incl.

But to be fair and balance, tan chong was the first in the whole world to bring in the current b17 sylphy with a turbo.

is the paintwork the same... cos my currently one got tonnes of scuff and scratches from car parks... seems like even staring too hard at the car will cause the paint to be damage....   

 

 

btw... how to pronounce the chinese name ah?

Wonder if there will be a Sylphy replacement for Asia market since Nissan has announced that it will pull out Sylphy, Teana and Xtrail from Thailand's production.

Given that the new Sylphy has a 5th generation CVT, 139bhp 1.6 port injection engine, it seems a good package with nice interior build, space and styling.

It will be great that the E-power concept is introduced to the new Sylphy.
