Ya very slight concaved, i saw bef 15-16" rim on honda got more concaved i wonder how they achieve it. As u need big width/lower offset.

So when i heard nurburgring was 3999, i was quite keen. but like u, doesnt come in the color i wanted. only black and silver and the weight saving isnt significant

 

end up chose bbs CHR in grey.

19'' BBR CHR is flow formed and weighs 11kg

 

so depends on the design you like and what are u looking for in a rim

 

If its a "proper" forge wheel and not some Pretend forge wheel as in using a hybrid of single piece of metal and blend with another, you should go with forge for strength and rigidity.

 

There is always a but...

 

But this means when it breaks, you buy new wheels. 

 

Flow form can be somewhat repair, but the risk of damage is high, so you also have to replace, but at least it bends and allows you that short distance for you to come to a halt.

what do u mean break? as in flow formed rim break?

forge is more brittle. when u hit a port hole hard enough like NSHW, may crack.

always read details on forged rims, usually say it's very strong

ok and here lies the definition of strong

 

A rubber band is stronger than a brick when it deflect and hits the floor without breaking vs a brick

 

So as long as the piece flex, its suppose to be stronger. When the piece break, its not as strong.

 

Unlike what we normally imagine as in IF it still retain its shape but has crack is stronger than one that bends or deforms slightly.

TSW is little known here and sounds like SSW Taiwan rim.

 

OZ has better resale too.

 

Price/weight performance ratio, OZ is hard to beat.

OZ is common,because it is used in F-1,so it is famous. Price also reasonable...
