PSP415 Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 A&W Jewel has announced that they will close from 0300-0600 daily.. think the crowd round the clock too much to handle..Either that or machinery unable to cope, suppliers can't deliver on time, staff no time to eat corney dogs, i mean, rest. But 3am to 6am maybe a lull or slower period for them to clean up the place and take stock of life without A&W orders.

Discoburg Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I think a lot knows A&W ain't that good but hell it came back after so many years. That draws the crowd. And also those that had never heard and tasted A&W food before will be in awe of the opening.

Kusje Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I can't remember how A&W tastes like. How does it compare to $1 ikea hotdog?
Kb27 Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 Park at T3, less than 5 mins via aircon link bridge if Jewel carpark abit tight. How come not park at T1 ? Just take lift to level 1 and cross the road to Jewel.
PSP415 Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 How come not park at T1 ? Just take lift to level 1 and cross the road to Jewel. By all means park at T1/Jewel. Its most convenient. But if carpark is jammed or tight, go to T3 or T2 where there is a link bridge. Aircon and minimal walking cos got travelator. So no need to wait too long cos got alternatives. Safe ride Cheers

They had root beer float in glass mug and coney dogs. I wonder if anyone remembers the outlet at Katong (East Coast Rd) ?
Discoburg Supersonic April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I enjoyed A&W's root beer float in the 80s, and 90s. My first experience with A&W was probably in the 70s. Wow...that long ago. I was hesitant as I saw traffic like very bad in Jewel car park. If I remember correctly, I think T1 and Jewel car park are separate. Maybe there's a link somewhere in the basement, I'm not sure. Anyway, I parked at T1 B2M, and it was rather empty.

Empty at basement 2M? Basement 2 likely same. Haha, cos 2M and 2 are short term parking. First 90mins it's 4 cents per minute. After that, its $5 per 30mins. That's why its almost empty cos most gg to Jewel will likely stay longer than 90 mins. Other airport carpark its 4 cents per minute. Safe ride Cheers
