nice gold Datejust 16238 on strap.  But the strap not match for this.  Bare minumum is gold plated hardware at least mah...

Thanks, am not able pull off full gold bracelet look (need to have the "seh" ) thus the strap to dress it down and in a bid to make it look "younger"

I know purist will scorn at matching a dress watch with nato.

A nato is perfectly fine , but the hardware as i mentioned would be nicer if gold colored for a better match

i have plenty of gold Rolex heads worn on strap too, yes its more casual and easier to wear.

Oh.. pai seh misunderstood your first post.  

Fully agree, have to find a Nato strap with matching gold buckles.

My expert advice for Straps on Rolex Gold heads is the following:-

1.  Use only 20x16   Not 20x18 nor 20x20

2.  Use real exotic skin, not print. Otherwise stick to leather.

3.  Use flat straps max. 2.5mm thickness, dont use heavily padded straps

4.  Source for a Rolex buckle to go with it.
