New releases from Rolex, for 2024 Watches and Wonders.

Another can see but cannot get GMT Master II, with grey and black bezel (ref M126710GRNR)

m126710grnr-0003.png

m126710grnr-0004.png

These 2 most expensive Daytona, with a RRP of $168K & $103K. Cannot imagine their price in the grey market.

m126579rbr-0001.png

And who want to guess the weight of this solid gold Deepsea... Maybe the idea is to help diver descend faster :D

And these are the model discontinued in 2024:

Daytona Le Mans 126529LN

Rolex-Daytona-100-Year-24h-Le-Mans-12652

Datejust 36 126200 & 126233 with Palm Dial & Fluted Dial

Rolex-Datejust-36-Palm-and-Fluted-Motifs

Yacht-Master II (entire range)

Not too  excited by the  Rolex new watches in Watches and Wonder 2024.  The only one which I think was quite good is from Tudor.

The New Black Bay GMT 58.  People was expecting Rolex to release the new ceramic Coke GMT, but instead it was Tudor that came out with the Black-Burgundy (Cherry Coke?), GMT.

What was great is that Tudor finally  got the thickness to 12.8mm  (under 13mm), where else all their other previous GMTs are very thick.  At 39mm, it is also quite a good size. The only thing I would pick- on is the snowflake GMT hand.  Wish it has a different colour rather than the same gold accents. Also, as a whole, I feel there are too much gold accents everywhere......

Hopefully, with this, Tudor will start making thinner watches.  They should make their chrono-sport model thinner as well.

Like the Cartier releases.

the Monopoussoir especially

but too bad unlikely to get it with the limited pieces

and pricing a bit heavy…

i think the gold accents is cause of the original BB 58 dial...this should be very comfortable on the wrist..
