Bee Guan drinks? Is this the drink stall next to the popular ban mian stall? Heard their special made drinks not bad.

Yes that's the one. The uncle very friendly, the orange peel drink comes with another glass of plain water for you to add in. In fact got once, I ever ask for another extra glass which he gladly gave me. His Orange Peel can go many rounds and still got flavour.

He is a good concocter of drinks. There are other variations as well but Orange Peel still the best in my opinion. He likes to try different flavours.

There is a vinegar bottle for you to add in. Vinegar is a must for Lor Mee. Besides cut chilli, there is also chilli paste but I didn't add cos for me chilli paste will spoil the taste of the Lor Mee sauce, just my personal preference.

I add chiili paste, chilli padi, vinegar, coriander and garlic into my lor mee at my usual stall

Corona chicken rice. Saw @Spring posting so went to tabao and try. Not bad. Chicken meat is tender, rice ok, not fragrant. Chilli was bad, too much vinegar, not spicy at all.

Soak for abt 45mins to 50mins under running hot spring water (70°C). e whites hav a 豆花 consistency but e yoke almost solid, not runny enough.
