Lala81 Hypersonic April 10, 2019 Share April 10, 2019 Went to mall for lunch for some errands. Been watching lot of china/tw cooking videos recently so craving for some noodles. Lenu. 50% off 2nd noodle. Highly satisfying. Their soup is bit on the bland side but their noodles are piping hot and nice. their 菜肉绞 is superbly juicy. My Chinese noodle fix. Don't get their 红烧牛肉 though. This fried chicken cutlet also not bad (but not their pork chop one). 27 bucks including my wifes noodles. Dinner. They usually just clean with paper towel or wipe dry only to reduce this esp if u are frying. I usually clean the innards area when I get the fish or if the fish is halved, then u can try to clean off the marrow from the cleaved spine bones. Otherwise only wash the fish after u defrost.
