Simple home cook dinner by helper.

Bought this Trout Salmon, weighing 4.62Kg ($68.83)! Very fresh but also full of fat.

 

 

Decided to try Salmon Steak...

 

 

 

And with Campbell Soup, have a western style dinner tonight.

Problem I faced with local wanton noodle shop is they usually cook the noodle in a big batch and then after its cooked they put aside waiting for customers to come. Meaning its cold noodle. Why Thais don't cook for individual customers puzzles me. Also we are probably used to our type of chili sauce for the Thais there no chili sauce, only dried chili powder and for sauce they probably use the charsiew sauce which is sweet.

Ok. This popular store in AMK also used chilli powder.

But the char siew is not sweet and the noodle also not sweet and also provide green chilli that we like to have with wanton noodle.
