烧肉 need to leave the skin on. 

Wah seh your repertoire getting wider. 

But actually when I 卤肉 I will ask to remove the skin. From young, my mother never liked the skin so it's always been liddat in my household.

Hairy Gourd in pork rib soup. Added dried shitake mushroom, garlic & dried baby scallops.  Garnished with my homegrown organic Culantro (not Cilantro).  Such a warming & hearty bowl of soup 😋😋

No food photo, just showing the actual situation at the Michelin Tai Hwa mee pok stall. No Q. 😲

Seen similar case at other popular food stalls where little to 0 Q. If this goes on, the worry is these stalls will literally also take a break until May. So we may end up either cook homemade meals or fastfood for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hope people can continue to support the food stalls so that at least they have a reason to stay open.

2nd time going market this week. actually wanted to buy more chicken to top up. Queue is 10pax long at 720am. That's at least a 30-50min wait.

2nd time I've been thwarted this week. Straight detour to pork store with no queue. And bought some yong tau hu

Hae bee is now selling at $5+/100gm. I bought at 4+ on tuesday. Supply shock lol.

Good time to buy those Michelin food stall with super super long queue now, but only if you stay or work nearby hor. Please do not purposely take public transport or drive there to tabao. Lol.

Prima Deli cakes not bad but i would prefer Cedele cakes, the ingredients they use healthier.
