Just booked a silver shuttle petrol today. Look forward to learning the tips and tricks of this car from the shi fu here.. Some questions for a start:

1. Where are the active Shuttle fan club in SG? The FaceBook group?

2. Does the engine noise warrant additional soundproofing outside? I do like quiet car like my ex-Latio

3. What are the aftermarket things to consider? I am practical family guy so looking for boot cover as first thing.

There is a shuttle Facebook group but not very active like the vezel group.

So far, not much accessories for our ride, not even in taobao. Only can tag to common items use for other rides.

Yah, the FB group is quite silent. I can scroll down until no more updates and that's rare.

I visited rakuten and Amazon jp. Lots of stuff but not cheap. Seems that shuttle is only available in JP and no other version else where.

For the engine stuff like air filter, I believe using vezel or jazz version is OK?

I think so as I think we are having same L15B engine.

Anyone managed to customize the lower front center panel to have USB, HDMI port? Not sure whether the Vezel panel is compatible?

Check out SgGarage. They are doing that for shuttle. Was told $100 for installation.

Saw it already but I don't like their configuration.. 1 x Power outlet, 1 x USB, 1 x Battery monitor.

I prefer 2 x USB unless they have other config?  [sly]

How is the road noise for shuttle? As quiet as VZ and Jazz?

Haven't collected car yet  [laugh]

Since Vezel, Jazz and Shuttle all shares the same platform, I reckon the noise insulation won't be much better than Vezel.. I am not a car expert but I think Shuttle is more aero-dynamic and lower CG than Vezel so the noise level from chasis should be marginally better. I will wait and see before I decide to do sound-proofing.  [drivingcar]

Based on sgcarmart, Honda Jazz 1.5L century sprint timing is 9.6s?! Zoon boh? Since Shuttle is a Jazz-extra, it's 10.x? Didn't know I booked a TC car, haha.. Also, sgcarmart state Shuttle kerb weight as 1.4 ton. Obviously, the editor is sleeping. The correct value should be 1.1 ton similar to Vezel.

Yes, it's the old comfort taxi Toyota Crown type of rim. My PI ask me to go to their recommended tyre shop to change to alloy rims foc. Of course, it's already part of the car price

Do Jz, Vz & Shuttle share the same chasis? How did they get VZ to be so fat, while Shuttle to be skinny and Jz to be short?

Not chasis, it's platform.
