Pics from my recent trip to Osaka during CNY.

 

Fly by scoot $450 per pax. Considering it is over the CNY holidays, it is super cheap. 

 

1)  At our hotel lobby. Stayed at Mimaru kyoto aparthotel. $200/per night for an apartment which sleeps 4. Pretty cheap. comes with kitchen too.

 

1) outside kyomizu temple

We took a Bento making class in Kyoto.

Somethings and places not done and visited because of kids. Oh well. The night market/life is invigorating.

Kids only like to take pics up to around 6 years old, then they don't like.

 

It is not really an effort to take pics. My wife and kids usually go for shopping during vacations, I never buy ANYTHING on vacation, no souvenirs, nothing. I just take pictures in place of all the shopping. 

 

There is a LOT of places not visited, especially stuff like autumn leaves as it is hard to take vacation in Oct/Nov. I haven't really seen a nice autumn landscape yet. Something to do...

USJ outing. Not cheap though. over $700 for entire family including express4. We also did not stay very long, just until 3pm then everybody want to go home.

Kyoto has a lot of temples. Kyomizu is super popular so LOTS of crown. Toji temple nobody go one but much easier to shoot.

 

We did not even go the super hot Kinkakuji as we expect it is impossible to shoot due to the layout...
