Maybe they give you some grace period for expired cashcard to get refunded thru ATM? If past that grace period, need to go to NETS office liao?

I read from website can do so within 2 years of expiry. His also just expired recently I think.

@TangoCharlie My chipped card expired in Apr this year and I am tried for the first time today. Probably exceeded the time period where the refund can be conducted through an ATM.

Can do within 2 years of expiry maybe means you can go to the NETS office to do it. But if refund thru ATM, maybe after card expired cannot do liao? That's why i would refund the balance before the expired date thru ATM to avoid any problem.
