Thanks for sharing this video. Cannot even see the edge of the road. Must be really wonderful experience. Look romantic but exciting at the same time haha.

Driving in Hokkaido during winter you will not see the edge of the road.

The reference is the arrow on top.

Putting this into my bucket list. Must be surreal driving so slowly with such overwhelmingly white scenery yet toasty warm in the car. The best is not to be the driver so that I can appreciate the scenery.

For me I prefer self drive, I enjoy more the planning and driving, stop on the way as I like.

You can see some of the photo I post when travel to Hokkaido in Dec.

Yes. So for experience driving that drive frequently oversea, it is not too difficult to drive. Especially it is same side of Singapore road.

Basic rules on icy road, don't driver too fast. Braked very early and always light foot when moving off. Used a lot of engine brake when going down hills or approaching a bend. All this will help prevent skid.

I have never experienced this type of extreme temperature before (at most -2 degC). Went to a festival at around 8.30pm temperature was -12degC and now is -16degC.

Room is also very cold I think like 18degC still pretty cold for me. Better go crawl under my futon.
