Before RTS, there is no point building it.

It should have been done concurrently.

Maybe need Sultan to pump in money.

It will be good if the 3 lines goes to 3 different locations.

One to Pasir Gudang (West), one to Desaru (East) and another to Yong Peng (North).... :XD:

Now there is money to be made.  I speculate it will be from real estate since sultan owns a lot of land in JB.

Looking at own MRT history, it is with some basis that rail connectivity will improve valuation.

But min 1m ringgit to buy new from developer with no local buyer to take you out (Msians can't afford it and they have tons of cheaper options) is going to make it difficult to make a killing.

People don't think about exit generally.

It is not difficult in KL.

Need another sucker. Else become a landlord and rent out and collect $1:3.5 for a few years then $1:4, $1:5…… leave the money in $RM, no lose out for sure!🤣

after the clob saga, my dad swore off Malaysia forever. Guess I was influenced.
I know for sure the last 15years all lose in Johor. Especially when you convert.  🤣

If it ever happens, retailers here will suffer. Average Johorean will also suffer. But I like it. Things are getting too costly due to greed by big enterprises killing the smaller ones.
