I think they should build a bridge above the causeway

and as trade increase between countries add a third, fourth, fifth etc etc

That will eliminate the jam and facilitate economic growth for both sides.

As long as there are check points, there will be traffic jams...

Our Gov't sometime too effective,Contract signed,Ink not even dry, start work the next Day,like the HSR,flatten the Country Club & did all the Engineering Work, lost Hundreds of Millions & then Malaysia changed Gov't & cancelled the Project & paid ''Peanuts'' back to us.

Simi link simi high speed are all useless unless they buck up on the immigration  clearance.

The problem will always be Singaporean😂

Malaysian working here will clear both gates in no time.

RTS will use 1 stop clearance for both sides just like current KTM.

I took leave on Monday and drove in to JB. It was smooth over at JB custom, many lanes with wardens directing traffic around 11 am. Clear within half hour. Coming back was 1.5 hrs jam over at Singapore side around 6.30 pm. Why? Out of the 8 counters, only 4 manned. So the situation reversed? 😆

most of the time they take turn to screw-up the traveling, when one side smooth sailing the other will jam gao gao, only at some inhumane hours both sides agree to be normal.
