2 to 3 police officer is enough for this kind of small case.

 

The police officer have shield and long baton. Enough to tackle the old lady.

 

When still serving SPF many years ago, I remember 12 to 15 officers including myself attended to a case just to handle a young lady.

 

Almost all the free and available patrol cars responded to this case. 

 

The case was.................a young and drunk lady lying at the HDB void deck half naked

I've seen youtube demo the person can be knocked out and lost all bladder/rectal control. Worst case can even kena cardiac arrest.

 

Anyway it is too unhappening in SG. I reckon more officers also good to learn experience points.
