Trouble maker.

Don’t know what has he contributed to the society.

his is indeed a junk and devil and loves risk taking as

his linkedin profile wrote:

Born and raised in the United Kingdom and moved to Asia in 2011.

Risk-taking daredevil and adrenaline junkie who gets his kicks from raising the industry bar.

Since his early days as a student entrepreneur in the business of nightlife and entertainment, he has been addicted to getting “high” on the pure satisfaction of staging a great event. He brings ten years of work experience in events, marketing and catering sales to MCI where he is now responsible for promoting the company’s services both locally and regionally while connecting and building relationships with existing and potential clients – something he personally enjoys as a natural extrovert.

It’s ok to take risks but take the smart ones.

But he choose not to think of the consequences of his actions.

Trouble maker instead.

What has you contributed to society?

I have helped you corrected the grammar in your question.

It should be “What have you contributed to the society?”

Unless you are telling everyone: “I is a good boy.”

Thank me later.

of course i am not belittling risk taking..

his type of action is extreme risk taking to the extent of being rash and creating trouble.

We all make mistakes. Most important is we know and learn from the mistakes and correct them. If we don't and keep insisting our rights and be adamant about it, then it is something you have to carry your whole life.

Cheung was charged with one count of riding his bicycle in a disorderly manner without due regard for the safety of others by riding his bicycle in the middle of the leftmost lane, instead of keeping to the far left edge of the road, hence causing obstructions to faster moving vehicles.

.....Cheung, a British citizen, faces one count of committing mischief by using his right hand to knock off the left side mirror of Teo’s lorry at about 11.45am on 22 December last year. The mirror cost $15....

if he had broken a public property, he would be caned like the way Michael Fey was given.

The cyclist is a Foreign Talent.  I though he's local at first - https://www.linkedin.com/in/hoyucheung/

now becomes fallen talent.

Trouble maker.

Don’t know what has he contributed to the society.

He provided jobs to the police, DPP, and judges. Plus the thousands of dollars of youtube/facebook/MCF advert income when his video is viewed.

Even scums have value.

It sends a clear message to those who have been arguing that it is ok to cycle abreast...... it is confirmed NOT OK.
