Four men suspected to be involved in a fight at Boon Lay Drive have been arrested, police said on Friday (March 18).

The four men, aged 17 to 21, are believed to be have used weapons to hurt two others.

Police received a report about the fight at Block 191 Booon Lay Drive on Wednesday (March 16) night at 12.24am.

Police officers found two men, aged 23 and 34, injured at the scene. They had been involved in a fight with four men whom they did not know, police said.

Following investigations, the four suspects were arrested on the same day along Boon Lay Drive.

Two knives believed to have been used in the incident were seized by the police.

If found guilty of the charge of voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapon, the suspects can be jailed up to seven years. They may also be fined and/or caned.

Four teens arrested after midnight brawl at Boon Lay involving over 20

 

SINGAPORE - The police arrested four youths after a brawl which happened around midnight at 221A Boon Lay Place on Friday (Dec 21).

 

Authorities were alerted to the fight, classified as a case of rioting, at 12.17am. A 21-year-old man was taken conscious to the National University Hospital.

The four arrested were all males, aged between 15 and 18. The police also said that they expect to make more arrests.

i saw on FB someone commented near his block polices were after  1 of them ... that guy tried to escape and jumped from unknown floor and si kiao kiao  :lll._.:

the last time something of such happened in Boon lay was in 1987 or 88 during CNY 2nd day.  The incident "ang chwee" toh in the early hours inside the hawker center, and one big grp went into section 55 ( a few were released a few years back). 

 

Since then, Boon lay market has been peaceful., until now..   -_-  -_-  -_-
