I heard another Shanghai story about a young motorist who raised his voice at an old motorcyclist who rode dangerously. So at the traffic junction the young man shouted: "你找死吗 (are you looking forward to dying)?"

 

The old man replied "I'm not even afraid of living, why would I be fearful of dying?"

Yes, no need to be egoistic or envious. All will end up at the same place. Article wasn't clear though about the cause of high staff turnover.

Some may not be able to handle the formaldehyde smell or the grisquely view of bodies , etc
