StarHub's new S$50 SIM-only plan with 30GB data

oh chey... but right now the base plan is i think $28 for 6GB data then add $20 for extra 20GB. so total $48.

 

4gb in this era where enough. moderate mcf on phone maybe 2gb gone

12gb used to be enough. these days 26gb also i can exceed.

The base data was 3gb . Now i think is 4gb. Port over additional 1 gb. Use the app additional 1 gb. Every 6 months they give you 500mb more. 

 

I'm at 7 gb now (base + bonus). Whatsapp data free. +2 bucks for incoming free, 5 c/sms. My monthly is around $32~33 per month. Not the best but good enough for me. I'm using around 5 to 6 gb per month. The starhub $50/month is quite tempting though.

I think just nice starhub now offer 30gb for 50 bucks sim only plan.. As 5g network gonna come soon. When it come, I think 25+10 bucks for 13 gb plan will not be enough already. Maybe 30gb is just nice.

Even if I don't re-contract, I still need a phone line and 6GB is not enough for me.

 

just look out for deals after 12mths lor. can also port over to others mah ............... 

passive income for telcos......$1 or 2 dollars among subscribers amounts to hundreds of thousands or even millions of income per month. They wouldnt want give up that source of revenue....

I wonder why they didn't come out with some kind of dynamic plan, where plans can change based on usage etc

Note that some of these data plans are not permanent.

SingTel ‘s so called 10GB more is only valid for a year. After 1 year, revert to 3GB .

5gb for $26.75 per month. I never exceed so not going to change.

Starhub some SAF training areas cannot receive. M1 surprisingly has the best network there.

MCF consume minimal data.

If u don't watch video/streaming on 4G, quite difficult to exceed.

I usually just surf MCF, 9gag, read news websites only.

Mine is Stinktel 6gb for $20, with 150mins outgoing call and 500 sms. Add $5 for caller ID.

 

I never exceed 6gb, more than enuff for me.

Coming feb my contract can renew, thinking to get $75 starhub mobile plan and get huawei mate 20。

 

Anyway i think if i recontract on $50 sim plan only i might lose the platinum member status lol
