Kangadrool Supersonic October 25, 2018 Share October 25, 2018 (edited) Free screening... why not? Those clean, know you're clean, no need to ownself check, let the screener check for your free. Those with unpaid fines, screener will divert you to pay up, you no need mafan search for place to pay your fines. Bring enough cash though. Tak PayLeh, PayNow, PayLater atau Touch and Gone. I think what some worry is getting caught without realising it, thus good to check before entering. If ganna stop when returning and not have enough money to pay the fines then how? Can pay by credit card?

Kangadrool Supersonic October 26, 2018 Share October 26, 2018 The scanner does not differentiate local or foreign vehicles. Why need to differentiate since it's coming from database of unpaid fines vehicles? You will see that three-lane way suddenly become one-lane, then diverted to a "park" where a cam scanner is taking photos of every vehicles. The polis there is to direct you based on the database. But if your question is whether this exercise is targeted at SG vehicles, yes 'cos it most likely is positioned the last few miles before coming into SG.
