Extending COE for Toyota Wish (2008)

Hi, just bought a Toyota wish 2008 model. 
 

I want to change the transmission fluid. Salesman claim that it’s a CVT 7 speed but I look up online all mention that the it’s all running 4at. 
 

Should I change CVT or normal ATF Type IV

this one is ATF. use toyota type IV ATF fluid

Thanks. So there is not cvt gearbox for this specific wish?

This is ZNE10 4 speed auto. Type T-IV ATF. 

CVT is for the newer model, 2009 onwards, model code ZGE20.
