Victor68 Turbocharged October 14, 2018 Share October 14, 2018 This is not new here. Spring Grove along Grange Road kept the former colonial house as their club house. Conservation buildings being part of nsw develpments are common. The big struggle is, while they kept the external, most internal have changed and surrounding structures don't blend in well. From Jui Res you can be going East or West on the PIE in 2 mins or North or South on the CTE in 2 mins. That's how atrocious traffic in this area is. Silver_blade Turbocharged August 8, 2021 Share August 8, 2021 I feel this building is a missed opportunity for the developer/architect to stand out from other developments where they kept a existing old building, by truly integration the new and the old together instead of a new building that does not even tries to have some design language similar to that of the old building.
