Trouble is our tax structure coupled with Kah's high OMV for their Honda cars imported means that some of the better cars will nvr see the light here unfortunately.

Vincar already advertising $69k+ for 4 bid guaranteed coe with no top up, $5k less if non-guaranteed. I understand its 6 airbags but i read awhile back that all models come with 10 airbags including a world first front centre airbag?

U mean most Jap cars sold in China are MIC right? I know that but my point is that has Fit got the numbers to justify selling in China? Maybe I didn't make myself clear.

I believe Fit being a compact car shld be able to sell well in theory but my limited knowledge of the China car market thinks that Honda brand n Fit in particular is not that well received and hence my post. I stand corrected if Honda is well received there.

Most Jap cars sold in China are MIC.

Due to China market size, the model variance can be diversified within the same brand.

China is the largest automobile market in the world. Most big brands Volvo, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc have factories within China producing vehicles in thousands daily for their domestic market for a long time. This is not new.

Anyway, this China Fit looks much better than the Japan version cos the grille is more sporty. I believe Thailand and Indonesia will start manufacturing their domestic GR Jazz/Fit very soon.

Ok noted on the Info n tks! Looks like I’m very back dated on the China car market. Yes the grille on the China version looks better.

My mandarin is poor so I didn’t listen to the video but noted on the GE n GK models. I had underestimated Fit’s popularity in the China market. In fact, I think I underestimated Honda’s presence in China in general.
