Any place that has no U-turn sign CANNOT U-turn for them.  [rolleyes]

is it camera angle ?

 

coz the way i see it is the jag was going down in the wrong lane .... so the jag held up those coming up the ramp.

 

or was it rushing to go up and entered the down lane instead ?

yes i see the same as you.

 

going down is exiting the carpark. right size the up slope should be then entrance lane.

 

maybe is hourly parkig. every mimutes count so jag overtook and jump queue.

The jaguar must be regular RWS visitor, think carpark exit also like the rides in RWS, got express lane - other people pay one price need to queue, but he/she pays another price no need to queue...

 

hopeless...

i dont think carpark is at RWS.

 

should be some sort of industrial estate.
