If go for respray, will cost how much?
If want the colour to be accurate, only can do at AD?

Before go workshop go spray paint maybe can try to spray some soapy water to see the scratch goes away and reappear after a few seconds when it dry out. If it goes away and reappear a few seconds later, there is hope. Refer to my post above on how to remove scratch the DIY way.

This is deep , may need some panel beating also. Curious what car is this that there is a visible joining line cutting across the bonet? I am refering to the one that withiut scratch.
