Carousell got sellers, but way overpriced. Go get one yourself at the custom

Yes, can buy at customs. Probably ok if u have passengers who can buy while u car car in queue.

But if 1 pax, quite stressful.

 

I bought a TnG card from a carousell seller SGD$30 for RM$50 store value and supposed card deposit RM$10(~total SGD$20).

I kaisu, don't want to be stuck at customs last minute if TnG card not available there.

SGD$10 taken as payment for service rendered. I think fair deal lah. :-)

Is it from RFID?

Screenshot those screenshot & complain to TnG.

Email + call.  They usually respond quite fast.

Think Tuas only has vending machine tt sells new card.

 

Maybe u can check with those selling TnG cards in SG if they are willing to buy from u at discounted price,

since they buy cards from TnG regularly, it would easy for them to do refund.

Think there are charges for inactive cards and admin fees for refund.

They must have readers to verify your card value though... 🙂

no need, it will auto verified once u do the tagging

not  sure about this but it will auto be verified once u done with the tagging. cause they will verified your passport copy on site

Account verification is a separate function under your profile.

Once verified, TnG will top up the required amount for payment if there is shortfall in wallet.

The proviso, the wallet must be linked to credit card.

For e.g., wallet balance is RM10. Need to pay RM20. There is a shortfall.

TnG will top up wallet with RM20. Once top up, it will pay RM20 to vendor.

So far I've seen few mentioned auto verified once tagging done, like this comment, similar to mine.
