Hi Folks,

 

I need some help.

I submitted my VEP using IC nos and my T&G card (ewallet) under passport ID nos coz first time apply and a bit confused.

 

Received their email confirmation to make booking for VEP.

 

Now I got problem to book for appointment coz their system don't allowed as mentioned, "both ID not tally". 

 

I wrote email to T&Gewallet and advised to submit my IC (photo copy - Front & Back) in order for them to amendment purpose thru email.

 

I already email them yesterday evening but until now still no news.

 

Any idea whether can I edit myself from the T&G app as I can't found any.

No u can't need to wait for them to do the amendment. May take 1 to 3 days

Click the OTP about 3 times as I did not receive it after each 60s  countdown ended.

Gave up and closed app.

 

The OTP came about 10mins later. (maybe due to overseas sms, takes longer to reach us)

Open the app again to use OTP and it worked. (thought the OTP suppose to expire for security reason...)

I topped up card with my credit card. No hiccups here.

 

After that, it asked for referral code.

Supposedly both the referral and referred get 5X toll rebates.

Was searching thread for referral code but couldn't find any.

 

Win-win for both.

I did not managed to register my existing TnG card as well. 

After reading up, i realised my card was probably deactivated after 1 yr of inactivity.

 

Now i'm trying how to figure out how to get refund without going to the moon...

after woodlands custom JB shell, there's a touch and go office there at the short building.

I have 3 TnG cards.

 

Is there somewhere at Tuas to sort things out?

Think Tuas only has vending machine tt sells new card.

 

Maybe u can check with those selling TnG cards in SG if they are willing to buy from u at discounted price,

since they buy cards from TnG regularly, it would easy for them to do refund.

Think there are charges for inactive cards and admin fees for refund.

They must have readers to verify your card value though... :)

 

Found closest Touch n Go hub is this place near Johor customs after B-Point (Ref attached map).

Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 1.00pm

Hey guys, thanks for using my referral code.

Apparently there is a cap of 10 referrals which I have since surpassed.

The person using my code still gets the rebates but I don't benefit anymore.

 

If there are any regular JB choingsters who has not max out their Touch n Go referral code cap, can consider posting in thread to benefit from referral rebates.

Carousell got sellers, but way overpriced. Go get one yourself at the custom

Dear Bros, i just downloaded the TnG app, keyed in my card serial and booked the vep appointment. Quite straightforward and seamless, now only hope the actual installation is also as fuss free. I arranged for installation at the Pandan RnR btw, apparently it’s quite near to KSL city mall and 30 mins drive from Singapore customs. Just sharing, thanks.
