I too have been hit by frozen left shoulder with limited range before pain comes.

It has been 4-5 months and it has improved a lot.  just continue to stretch and warm up before activities.

lately knees feeling a bit of stressed pain from tennis.   need to get stronger even though getting older

 

My impression is alot of us here are above 50 leh...  but then maybe I hang around the exercise thread too often, and not the car sections.

Many are 40s to 60s here, with the exception of silangkia and Koba I think. 😆

Like that seems most of us here are old birds. No new blood injection.. MCF not worried it's always the same old people with any new members coming in.
