Parking at star vista like parking in town?

I always check car parking rate whatever I am going to park at a new place. Info can be easily obtain from sgcarmart or parkopedia.

Better to check, if not ended up paying expensive parking fees. The other day my friend parked at Bras Basah Complex at 8pm plus, didnt know the charges at this carpark is $1.40 per 30 mins even at night, ended paid near $5 plus for around 2 hours! Cause many CBD parking rate before 5 pm usually is $1.20 per 30 mins and after 5pm usually is $0.60 per 30 mins, but seems like not the case for this carpark?! Lol.
