2019 Hyundai Avante (Elantra Facelift)

Because I was sitting at the table there and chit chatted with one of the consumer there. He asked what car I get as we both have the booking form with us. Then he told me he getting 77,999 from pre launch. So I was really -.-.

I spoke to my SE. But he told me that was in early November pre launch and he insist the price after that November promo is 78,999.

Yes. Mine is 78,999. The same launch price now.

 

I do received that message in nov mentioning that if can book within that specific 2day there will be a extra 1k discount but i do not have time to go down lol. 

 

After that they have another promo to either take 7 year/140,000km servicing or $2800 discount , to me i prefer to take the $2800 discount as it is a lot better than the free 7year servicing.

So even if we book before the car launch is still the same. We book before the car passed the lta homologation and they mentioned the perks is only available before the car launch which is before the lta approval. Deceiving!

yep also from what i understand 7 year/140,000km free servicing or $2800 discount is only available for those who booked at pre launch , and after they passed the lta homologation it should only be 5 year free servicing and no discount however i maybe wrong.

Mean those who brought the car after it passed the lta homologation will have to pay $78,999nett for s trim without additional discount however this info is given by my Se not sure accurate or not lol.

Definitely eyeing a switch to this once the price drops further, will skip the 7 year free servicing and opt for lower upfront price.

Anyway, saw that the avante comes in 6 colours, black, white, silver, gray, blue and red. Saw the blue colour at the showroom, find this colour really way too unique liao, lol. Think the iron gray should be different from the sparkling metal in elantra. This iron gray seems to be darker?!

As for the colour yes this avante iron grey is darker from the previous elantra grey , and for me i will try to avoid blue / silver hyundai car because blue = comfort cab and silver = silver cab lol.

haha red/black hyundai still can because trans cab is mainly renault , chevrolet or toyota unlike comfort / sliver cab mainly using hyundai lol.

 

Anyway joke aside at the end of the day is still up to individual preferences , if anyone really like that certain colour they should just go for it.

Black and white not the easiest colour to maintain . Skip these colours if possible

Yes both colour are not easy to maintain ,my current white car require more regular cleaning as compare to my previous grey colour but somehow i still like white colour.

 

I wondering is the ceramic coating or paint protection that a lot ws are advertising help?

I find this iron gray nicer than the previous gray. The blue on this avante i personally find not nice la. Looks like there is not much nice colour to choose. Maybe only white and gray are nicer colour

Get gray better, easy to maintain and colour not so boring like silver.

I heard that it has 4 speakers.

I see... I guess as much. The sound doesn’t feel as surround as some of the other models. Wondering if upgrading will help and if it will void the warranty. I really wish the HUD is much bigger than current tho.
