Today haze seems worst than yesterday, morning i look out from my window, cannot see the building far far away. No wonder my throat starts to feel a bit uncomfortable liao. Must drink more water and take more fruits and veg. 😓

Wind direction will not change till late October when the north wind start.

Stay indoor. Weather already so hot and no rain, now add in haze, really jialat. 😨
