Did he cycle against the traffic before crossing the junction? He sure wasn't on the pedestrian foot path. 

Not familiar with that junction. 

Whatever it was hope he never rides again for the sake of the rest of us.

I watch video 3 times, thought I missed something. The traffic is in favor of the car leh, that is why the motorcycles have already crossed that traffic light. Would he have noticed the cyclist, believe he didn't, who would knock someone down and also damage own car right? So it is an offence for not looking more than you should? Like that someone dash across from your right after traffic light turn green also wrong lor.

Confirm not panic la. He must be too garang and thought he can outrun the traffic or expected the traffic to slow down for him. Too bad he kena a kayu driver :D

If they rode away and only common folk injured, unlikely. Like the East Coast case some ang moh teen rode into a toddler also no sound so picture so far.

super hard, cannot capture any number plate, summit video also useless.

unless the victim call police on the spot.

 police dun have the resource to go ID the face.

Hope so man, but if the two CB does not have a driving license, they can walk away scot free ? How unfair is this..sigh!

last weekend, as I was driving in around 5 am, saw a group of cyclist at the woodlands checkpoint as well...hope more will join them to cycle into JB...
