I did a search, yep! No similar thread, and I also searched on which car brands had this issue and you will be surprised!

Of the 20 top brands I looked, BMW outnumbers the rest by far?

So are there a unique breed, which gravitate to them?

Psychologically speaking, there are such syndromes, eg back in the 80-90s, there was a "Honda Driver Syndrome", and insurance companies used to load these drivers since they were more likely to take risks and such..

So here goes, are there reasons for this style of driving?

Oh and some pics to accompany the story..

Whenever I go PML to test drive, I always see these...

Cannot be that the BMWs don't come with the indicator stalks....

So.....my conclusion is that it probably needs to be coded to activate it? :D

Just like the auto start stop default off coding?

MCQ:

A) Because they generally don't give way when they see someone else signal. They would imagine likewise that if they signal, others won't give way. Hence, they don't signal.

B) Because they are too fast. By the time the signal comes on, they would have already turned ages ago.

C) Because they have full situation awareness. Others need not be aware of their movement.

D) Because they themselves would not know if they would change course in the next moments.
