Just curious, how to use debit card to do internet payment?

 

Same as CC? by key in the PAN number, expiry data and Name and CVV?

Or no CVV but must use PIN?

After learning of this incident, I called up all 3 banks I have cc with and instructed that I get a sms very time a transaction of more than $1 is being changed.
