WORX Hydroshot Portable Power Cleaner

Ohk. Great found it. Although don't know chinese, just wanted to verify. Bought orange hyrdoshot and blower set last. Delivered last friday. Hydroshot is good. Must use on higher setting though. Blower not as expected. I was imagining that water would fly over from car body, but no.

If you don't mind, I will love to have a chance to try out the leaf blower.

Likely you need to mod the nozzle.

But blower is very good to chase water from the nook and crannies like the wing mirrors and door latches.

 

P.S.  I use Makita blower. 

This enough strength to shoot off dirt/ bird shit?

 

If got enough strength to shoot off embedded bird shit,   the paint will likely come off as well.

For bird shit,  need time, not pressure.

Jie Bao 28L = 4 bar

Worx = about 22 bar

 

It depends what you want.

E.g. 

Worx is good because it has higher pressure

Worx is not good because use a lot of water.

Jie Bao is better than Worx because it saves water

Eh... I just found out that the Worx Hydroshot specs indicated a Lo setting at 94 psi,  about 6 bar.

In that case, just get Worx can do. 

 

IMHO, got pros and cons.

If spray for longer period,  the Worx is heavy vs Jie Bao.

If you want a simple water spray to wash your car, get those china brand water pump will do. Buy the pump and just get any pail or bucket. The water pressure from these sprayer will not be able to spray off any brake dust from the wheels.

I like the worx hydroshot for spraying the prewash foam. Helps to remove most of the dirt before I was the car. Not as good as pressure washer but since most of us in SG can't really use a pressure washer, I guess this is the best option.

 

Good for door jambs also. The added pressure helps to agitate the cleaner. 

 

I also use it to clean engine bay.

I bought mine from Home-fix.   Saw it and was too excited. Then saw online prices........... So learnt my lesson to check online prices first before purchase.
