You can try these two brands, one on the left is healthier in terms of sugar content (less)  but the one on the right is larger and more flavorful. I buy them from redmart in bulk, saves me lugging them home lol

No worries Bro, maybe you can try out a few of the brands (like those suggested by Bro Mercury1) and see which one is to your liking  [:)]

Now i haven't measure but definitely unhealthy  [laugh]

some years back i managed to keep it in the 8-12% range. measured once using some machine that stuck some electric patch on me. I also had a caliper to do the pinch test

u can have an unhealthy lunch but try to have clean breakfast and dinner. Add more protein to diet as well, as building muscle will also increase your metabolism. I took about 1.5-2g of protein per kg of body weight. If food insufficient, you can take protein powder to supplement.

i think the key is regular exercise to keep metabolism high, so that is what i am trying to start

Now you're 30% bodyfat  :a-fun:

Already quite slack liao wor... Some of the bodybuilders at my gym really eat chicken breast daily de... =X Vege also boiled de. At least buy from zhap chai png store, got flavour to the dish (though also got additional sugar / sodium lah)...

I dont drink dont smoke no entertainment, food is my only entertainment liao. Guess i'll cut down to 1 rice per day for a start. Hopefully with some exercise and cutting down of rice, 10-15kg will be the target to lose :)

Recommend a shortcut to 6-packs. Which exercise & diet is the best (least effort, max result)?

Bro i also keen to know lol... i dont ask for 6 packs, juz a flat tummy will do

For those who don't have time to exercise much, and who is overweight because you eat food that's fatty, i suggest you switch to maybe 3-6 mth just restrict to soupy lunches. Soup bee hoon is the best. confirm cut down weight.

I also don't smoke / do much entertainment. And I love food... But, I saw a video that ask, are you giving in to short term wants rather than working towards the long term wants?

Everyone say they want 6 pack, but most people love food more than 6 pack.. That motivated me to keep on my diet for most days (except cheat). I wanna liberate my 6 soldiers there, so that they can attract girls to liberate me from my underwear... =P hahaha

From the packaging both claim to be all natural, no preservatives etc. I pasted the info on both products so everyone share in the analysis on their thoughts on which is best heh :D
