My Camry still can use (+/-) Tiptronic to drag the Engine to high Revs...but not for those Hybrid with "B" Selector...anyway,the Engine very rough at high Revs.

This was about 2 years back. If I recall correctly it was after my last free servicing at BM.

If it was in between oil changes, then the mechanic probably underfilled the EO. I'm assuming you never went back to that same workshop for subsequent oil changes

Hmm... could it be because those come with with B selectors are Atkinson cycle engine..... rev also no power one. 🤣
