Isn't it just a golf with a nicer interior. Not that it's a bad thing.

The $110K 3-cylinder engine A3 is lesser of a car than a standard Golf lah.

Turbocharged

Me rep sent me a pic of the newly arrived 1st batch of mini with union Jack tail lights.

These LED rear lamps are going to cost a  bomb to replace - you can't just replace the LED but will need to replace the entire rear lamp cluster.

4 can sit comfortably with amble leg room though the car is indeed small looking at the dimension. The 4 wheel are literally at 4 corners though.

yup. I go bang my ex car on a pole, lamp housing broken. Went online and find. + shipping about $600+, lucky managed to find one from a car that just scrapped. $260.

The MK1 Mini is also surprisingly spacious when I test drove it more than 10 years ago .... Just cannot stand the spartan and noisy interior.  :D

 The MK3 is much improved to a point i find it too overwhelming with unnecessary gadgets.

The ride is relatively quiet and though a bit choppy, the steering is direct and definitely got the go kart feel.

excellent driving experience.

Long wheelbase is one of the good design for Mini.

My previous BMW 520 rear lamp cluster lasted 8 yrs before it needs to be replaced.

Cost = $450
