@13177 In most countries its called its original name same as Korea which is K3 and it's bigger brother K5, there are also K7 and the flagship K9. Cerato name meh.

The above article said is Kia RIO replacement so the real K3 launch at South Korea is not yet shown yet.

KIA SG has removed K3 and Sorento from their website.

Wish that the 1.6L Sportage Hybrid and the new EV5 can make it waly here. Anyway the new EV9 look so nice but expensive.

Wait till your electronic P button brake motor suddenly malfunctions,  one fine day, and it costs $1K+ to replace...

Or when you are pulling up the P brake button, and it suddenly snaps..... which means you can only depend on the P gear to hold your car in place when parked.... you will appreciate the old school hand brake. 😁

In the whole time i had cars with such things this has never happened and neither has it happended to any of my friends that i know of. Whilst it might be a possibility, it is pretty remote i would say. I will not give up on something just just cos it has a 1% chance of failing. Otherwise a lot of things cannot do.

+1

It must have been a really fierce pull 😅

even my budget conti uses a sturdy pull level for the auto brake

auto hold just requires a firm tap on the brakes when the car is stationary
