Sdf4786k Twincharged January 19, 2018 Share January 19, 2018 (edited) Ergonomics, the driver doesn't have to look down when looking at map while driving quite attractive vs hyundai elantra https://youtu.be/m7L9XRfGULo and NO,, the yellow one is not a elantra Edited January 19, 2018 by Sdf4786k

Lets hope this time round, KIA AD has the guts to plonk in the turbo and leave out the NA engines. Edited January 20, 2018 by Sdf4786k

Vinceng Turbocharged January 24, 2018 Share January 24, 2018 (edited) The downside is the CVT transmission, which has historically been notorious for its string of issues and will be costly to replace. You can't get a reconditioned CVT, unlike the 5 or 6 speed gearbox. Only a brand new one at a 5 figure sum. OK to get the new 2019 Kia Forte if you intend to drive for just a few years, but if you intend to drive till it's 10th year or near to scrap date, might want to think about it. Vinceng Turbocharged January 24, 2018 Share January 24, 2018 There is no recond CVT. Only brand new replacement ones, which cost a bomb

I have a feeling the current 1.6L MPi engine with 6-speed automatic will carry over to this new model since the current Elantra (same platform) is using this powertrain combination here as well. Maybe 20 years ago I looked really hard at a Legacy. The only selling point the guy made was if I got down on my knees and viewed the Legacy rear from 3/4 rear on it looked fabulous. I didn't buy one.
