Depends on what you need, I ordered the EX as I find the smart boot and keyless useful when I am carrying my young one alone. Otherwise I would have considered the L trim which seems to me the best value for money.

yes depends on what you need. if you dont need the keyless function and buttons on your steering wheel then just go for the basic. 

 

i think some owners say got the L with free upgrade of the entertainment system and leather seats which is quite a good deal imo

2K difference? i tot it is 6k difference. (effectively 4.5k after considering the difference in scrap value)

yes i got free upgrade of motrex HU, leather seats and steering wheel volume control/bluetooth...

if not would have consider EX...

Rear drums rite? Better take middle trim for all round disc brakes

hi all, check with u all, i just renew my road tax for current ride for the last half year till i collect my car on March this years... which cost me $600 which use about 3 months.... when i collect my new car, and trade in my current car, the unused road tax can take back?

The unused road tax can take back if your old ride is de-registered. If the car continue to be sold in the used car market, you cannot take back the balance road tax.

Hello, your SE told you that you can get the balance road tax back?

The vehicle will be transferred to the vendor of C&C before dereg. In another words, we will not the the owner upon dereg so how does LTA make such refund? Unless C&C reimburse it to us separately?

 

I had the same issue, SE say won't be refunded. Any owner manage to get it?

How come your road tax is not refunded since your car got scrap? Thought road tax would be refunded by LTA?!

I think LTA will only refund it to the last know owner, for trade-in cases we have to transfer the ownership to C&C (or their assigned vendor)?

My Roadtax refund stated in my Sale agreement letter.

Go for the L with leather seats and HU upgrades, that’s tremendous value for money. You can easily get EX or SX rims from bros who upgrade, and upgrade LED headlamps is quite cheap. Of course, if you really need the ventilated seats and sunroof, no other choice than SX !
