Yah... I was queuing up to go into Westgate on Thursday, thought carpark was full, but the queue was mainly for drop off.

Westgate entrance to carpark design no good as it shares the entrance to pickup/drop off.. either one queue will affect the other..

Parts fallen from train and scrapped the tracks....

So technician didn't install properly? Or didn't notice the parts was going to fall off? 

Likely the ground staff will near the brunt of the blame. Unless the damage part is not within the regular maintenance checklist.

If this EW line incident is not perceived to be handled adequately soon, we'll see the PM talk about it. Because next GE is not too far away.

I don’t see SMRT Train giving out Bonus after getting fine and losing incentive.

New cracks developed during stress test, on those portions of the rail which were in the affected section, but at first thought that they weren't extensively damaged and therefore could get away with leaving them unreplaced.

Now die die all must be replaced  And tested. Which will take another day (perhaps more, it's best they take their time, for safety's sake - i feel they should not let public and top management pressure affect the priority for safety).
