BN / PAS removing the opposition flags...? [rolleyes]

Every year, the same thing happens again and again.

This happened in Sentul . According to SPR , the reason for the removal is because its candidate Tian Chua has been disqualified from contesting  the Batu Parlimentary seat  .

Whether SPR has the right to do so ; its another matter .

Don't follow much, bdsm sort of roughly defines Malaysian politics .....

B BN the party many hope to kick out

D – the infamous donation to Najib and something I don’t follow much – there is a Invoke donation going around.

SSave Malaysia is the cry I often read. Screw the opponents is what Najib did to his ex-deputy. Survival of Najib in the infamous donation saga is jaw dropping.

MMahathir the man slowly decimated in power/influence but making a comeback.

I doubt it. But they may win with just a simple majority not reaching 2/3. That's good. Cannot anyhow pass laws as they like.

Do you know since 2013 already no 2/3 ?

Since 2008 already no 2/3 .

And in 2013 no 2/3 , plus losing the popular vote as well ( only garnered 47.3% ) .

https://sg.yahoo.com/news/wan-azizah-blasts-dap-nga-072538184.html

On reflection, the delivery was indeed quite disrespectful, although the underlying message was very clear to me.

DAP cannot get the majority alone, they need a certain percentage of Malay votes to form a coalition Government.

Therefore the trade off to play the Tun card, kawan the enemy of my enemy.

However, the rebut from Dr Wan Azizah and subsequent response from DAP would serve as a template for any resolution of conflicts between all the component parties in the future.

Oppo winning this round would be a miracle, keeping all parties patched up until the next election  would be a bigger Miracle.
