StarHub fiber broadband down?

Anyone in tampines having problem with the fiber TV service?

 

No signal since this morning...

 

Call starhub is like .....

The DNS server down.

You can try to go to your network settings (if you are using Windows PC) , choose IPv4 properties, and put in primary DNS address of 8.8.8.8. This is the Google DNS public service.

Then you should be able to surf again. 

The above works for me. Earlier I could not surf either.

Yes, both my handphone and broadband are Starhub. Really CCB....

yalor, lucky still have TPG mobile wifi good enough for surfing

starhub tv no affected though, I watched Netflix from starhub tv box.

Finally got internet... resorted to reading a physical book the past 4 hours.

Now we know how dependent we are on digital connection.

Yah funny thing is Starhub tv no problem though both using optic fibre cable. Now finally ok.

i also tapped to my iPad mini with the TPG card. 😆

Serve them right.

They don't know how to manage their own dns server  people move to google.
