You can try to go to your network settings (if you are using Windows PC) , choose IPv4 properties, and put in primary DNS address of 8.8.8.8. This is the Google DNS public service. Yah funny thing is Starhub tv no problem though both using optic fibre cable. They don't know how to manage their own dns server people move to google.
